Apollo Space Shuttle

In 1971 North American Rockwell proposed modifying the Apollo spacecraft into a space shuttle. In this design the Service Module becomes a payload bay and the RCS thrusters moved aft. A pair of expanding wings would have been built into the underside for the ship to glide to a landing. This is my interpretation of the patent.
