Apollo 9 (March 3 - 13, 1969): Flown by James McDivitt, David Scott, and Rusty Schweickart in Earth orbit, this mission was the first crewed test flight of the Lunar Module, qualifying it for the Apollo 10 landing dress rehearsal and then the Apollo 11 landing.
