China's Neptune Probe

China's CNSA is planning an ambitious mission to send a probe to Neptune, scheduled to arrive in 2040. The probe will use a nuclear reactor to power electric thrusters. As far as I'm aware, a name hasn't been announced yet, so provisionally I'm calling this Jingwei.
