Real Star Wars: Soviet TIE station in orbit

Soviet TIE station in orbit over Earth. In 1984 Ronald Reagan created the Star Wars program to upgrade America's anti-ICBM defenses. In this project I try to envision the project in a retrofuturistic way by using the iconic shape of the ships from the Star Wars movies as inspiration for hypothetical 80s spacecraft, thus, a Soviet TIE station.
